Facebook Data Deletion

If you have authorized SnapPoster with your Facebook account and wish to delete associated data, you can request deletion in either of the following ways:

  1. Remove the app in your Facebook settings: Settings → Business Integrations → SnapPoster → Remove.
  2. Email us at support@cityshop.ee from your account email and include your Facebook Page name or Page ID.

We will remove stored Facebook Page tokens and purge associated SnapPoster client data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, typically within 30 days.

For automated requests sent by Facebook, this page displays a confirmation code once received. Keep this code for your records.
