Terms of Service

1. Service Description

SnapPoster is a subscription-based SaaS product for business clients that automates Facebook Page posting from product feeds, with optional AI-enhanced post generation. The service requires Facebook Page authorization via Meta's Graph API.

2. Eligibility

SnapPoster is intended for legal entities. By subscribing, you confirm that:

• You represent a business, not a private person
• You are authorized to manage the Facebook Page being connected
• All submitted information is accurate and lawful

3. Subscription and Payment

Subscriptions are prepaid and processed securely via Stripe. Pricing and plan information is published on our website and may change at any time without notice. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the current pricing and terms.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• No service is provided without successful payment
• Access is suspended immediately upon failed or reversed payment

4. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable, with the sole exception:

If SnapPoster’s core posting functionality is fully unavailable for more than 30 consecutive days due to a fault in our systems, you may request a refund for that specific billing month.

This does not include:

• Issues caused by your product feed or incorrect setup
• Interruptions caused by Facebook API changes, outages, or limits
• Force majeure or third-party disruptions

5. Content and Feed Responsibility

You are fully responsible for the legality, accuracy, and compliance of all content published through your Facebook Page. This includes:

• Product titles, descriptions, images, and URLs
• Ensuring no violations of Meta’s policies or your local regulations
• Monitoring published posts and their performance

SnapPoster does not pre-approve or validate your content before publishing.

6. Facebook API and Platform Compliance

You grant SnapPoster permission to act on your behalf when publishing content to your Facebook Page using your Page access token. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining control over your Facebook account and Page permissions
• Complying with Meta’s Platform Terms
• Revoking access immediately in case of suspected misuse

SnapPoster is not liable for:

• Facebook API errors, restrictions, or platform moderation
• Suspension or blocking of your Page by Meta

7. Service Availability

SnapPoster aims for high availability, but no specific uptime guarantee is provided. The service may be unavailable due to:

• Planned maintenance
• Outages by hosting or third-party services
• External changes in Meta’s API

Only full outages lasting over 30 consecutive days may trigger a refund request. All other cases are excluded.

8. Termination

a) By You

You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellations are effective at the end of the billing cycle. No refunds are given for unused time.

b) By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if:

• You breach these Terms
• Your payment fails or is reversed
• You abuse the service or attempt unauthorized access or scraping

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• SnapPoster is provided “as is” with no warranty or performance guarantee
• We are not liable for lost revenue, business interruption, or reputational harm
• Our total liability is limited to the total fees you paid in the last 12 months

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia (EU). Any disputes shall be resolved in the Harju County Court, Tallinn, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. You will be notified of material changes. Continued use of SnapPoster implies acceptance of the latest Terms.

13. Data Usage

We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve SnapPoster, detect misuse, and support future product development. We never resell or disclose identifiable customer data without explicit consent.
