SnapPoster Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SnapPoster ("Service"), operated by CityShop OÜ ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you ("Client", "you") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Service

SnapPoster is an online automation platform that enables posting to social media channels. We provide access to the Service “as is” and make no guarantees about its availability, results, or compatibility. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

  • A setup fee and subscription are required to use the Service.
  • All fees are billed through Stripe or other approved processors.
  • Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date.
  • All payments are final and non-refundable, including setup, subscription, or add-on fees.
  • You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.

3. Client Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

  • The accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of any content you post using the Service.
  • Maintaining access credentials (e.g., Facebook tokens or account permissions).
  • Ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws and third-party terms (e.g., Meta, Stripe).

We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these Terms or cause harm to the Service or others.

4. Content and Ownership

You retain ownership of your content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, revocable license to store, process, and transmit that content only as required to operate the Service. We do not review or approve client content and assume no responsibility for what is published through your accounts.

5. Data and Privacy

We collect and store minimal data necessary to operate the Service. We do not sell client data. All data handling complies with applicable EU data protection law. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that it will meet your expectations.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of revenue, customers, or reputation.
  • Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount paid by you during the previous billing period.
  • You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CityShop OÜ, its owners, and partners from any claim or loss arising from your use of the Service or content you provide.

8. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through Stripe or written request. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, with or without notice, for any reason, including non-payment or suspected misuse. Termination does not entitle you to any refund. We may delete all associated data after termination.

9. Changes to Terms and Pricing

We may update these Terms or our pricing at any time. Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including internet outages, third-party service disruptions, or regulatory changes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the Harju County Court, Tallinn, Estonia.
