Does it post to Instagram too?
Yes — Instagram feed posts, Stories, and carousels are all supported and already live. SnapPoster publishes to both Facebook and Instagram automatically from the same post. You don't need to manage them separately.
What does an auto-generated post actually look like?
Each post is built from your real website content — your product name, a short engaging caption written around it, and an image pulled from your site or feed. It's not templates or generic copy. It looks like a post a real person wrote specifically for your business, because the AI is trained on your actual inventory and pages. You can see examples in the 'What auto-generated posts look like' section above.
Who writes the captions? Is it AI?
Starter uses captions from your product feed. Pro builds posts from your website with Feed Builder. You review and approve posts before anything goes live.
What if I don't like a post in the library?
You can edit or replace any of the 30 posts before you approve them. Nothing is published without your sign-off. After you approve the batch, we publish one per day — and before the content starts looking stale, we refresh your library with new variations based on your website and seasonal changes.
How long does setup take?
Setup typically takes 2–5 business days after you connect your Facebook page and provide your website URL. We build and map your feed on our side — you don't need to do anything technical. That's what the one-time setup fee covers.
Do I need a Facebook Business account?
Yes — you need a Facebook Page (not a personal profile) connected to a Facebook Business Manager account. Most small businesses already have this; if not, we walk you through it during setup. For Instagram, you'll need an Instagram Business account linked to your Facebook Page.
What format should my product feed be in?
We support standard XML formats — Google Merchant feeds, WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento, and most e-commerce platforms. If your business doesn't have a feed (a bakery, plumber, salon, etc.), we build one from your website.
Do I need technical skills to get started?
None at all. The one-time setup fee covers everything technical — we crawl your website, build a structured feed, and connect it to your Facebook and Instagram accounts. You just log in, review the generated posts, and approve them.
What happens if I cancel?

SnapPoster is operated by CityShop OÜ. Payments are processed by Stripe; invoices and receipts are issued by CityShop OÜ. VAT is shown on your Stripe invoice where applicable.
