1. Programme Overview
The SnapPoster Affiliate Programme ("Programme") allows approved partners ("Affiliates", "you") to earn a one-time commission by referring paying customers to SnapPoster. By joining, you agree to these Terms.
2. Eligibility & Participation
- You must apply and be approved by SnapPoster to participate.
- We may accept, reject, or revoke approval at our discretion.
- Affiliates may be individuals or businesses with valid payment and tax details.
- Participation is only permitted from permitted regions (no access from restricted countries).
3. Commission & Payout Terms
- You will earn €50 per successful referral.
- A “successful referral” is a new client who pays the €100 setup fee and completes onboarding.
- Payouts are processed via Stripe Connect (preferred) or Wise within ~14 days after eligibility.
- You must provide valid payout credentials and may be asked to upload an invoice or complete KYC.
- SnapPoster covers all commission and payout costs from the setup fee. Early client churn does not affect affiliate earnings.
4. VAT, Business Affiliates & Tax Responsibility
- If you are a business in the EU, you may provide a valid VAT ID.
- VAT IDs are validated via the EU VIES system. Reverse charge rules apply where valid.
- You are responsible for declaring and paying any taxes on your affiliate income.
- Payouts above €500/year may require identity verification (KYC).
5. Promotional Conduct
- You may not impersonate SnapPoster or claim to represent us officially.
- No spam, bots, fake accounts, or incentivized referrals are allowed.
- You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship where required by law (e.g. blog posts, social media).
- Misleading claims, fake urgency, or unapproved discount claims are prohibited.
6. Tracking & Attribution
Referrals are tracked via signed cookies and metadata passed through Stripe at the time of purchase. Attribution lasts for 30 days from the last click. If tracking fails due to browser limitations or user error, SnapPoster may reassign referrals manually at its discretion.
7. Payout Conditions
- Payouts are only made for clients who complete the payment and onboarding process.
- If a payment is refunded due to fraud or chargeback, the related affiliate payout may be withheld.
- Payouts may be paused or denied in case of suspected abuse or policy violation.
8. Data Use & Privacy
By participating in this Programme, you consent to the storage and processing of your referral data, payment email, and performance stats. We store your data securely and do not share it outside the Programme unless required by law. Please see our Privacy Policy.
9. Programme Changes
We may update these Terms and the Programme structure at any time. Continued participation after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harju County, Tallinn.
11. Acceptance & Version Control
By joining the Programme, you agree to the current version of these Terms. The version and date of acceptance may be stored securely. We may require re-acceptance for significant future changes.
