This guide shows you how to set up SnapPoster in under 5 minutes. If you already have a product feed — you're good to go!

✅ Step 1: You’ve subscribed!

Order confirmation screen — Purchase confirmation – shows your plan and unlocked features.

After payment, you’ll see this screen. It shows your plan and what you’ve unlocked — automatic Facebook posts, daily schedule, and peace of mind.

✅ Done? Great — let’s move to Step 2.

📬 Step 2: Check Your Email

Welcome email with setup buttons — Welcome email – contains quick links to connect Facebook and open your dashboard.

We’ve sent you a welcome email with two buttons:

Connect to Facebook → to give SnapPoster access to your Page
Go to Dashboard → to manage your feed and schedule

✅ Done? Awesome — on to Step 3.

📄 Step 3: Choose Your Facebook Page

Select Facebook page to post to — Choose which Facebook Page SnapPoster will post to.

Select the Page where your products will be posted. You’ll only see Pages you manage.

✅ Done? Great — jump to Step 4.

🔗 Step 4: Paste Your Feed URL

Enter feed URL screen — Paste your existing product feed (or homepage) here.

✅ Already have a feed? Great — paste it here and click Submit.

🤔 Don’t have one? No worries — paste your homepage and SnapPoster will generate content for you later.

✅ Done? Perfect — see Step 5.

📅 Step 5: Welcome to Your Dashboard

SnapPoster dashboard – your control centre — Dashboard – view schedule, timezone and pause/activate posting.

This is your control center. Before SnapPoster can post for you, here’s what to do:

Click “Load posts & preview schedule” — this imports products from your feed.
Review the timeline and adjust your posting days and active hours.
Select how often to post — from every 15 minutes to once a day.
Click “Start Posting” and “Save Changes” to activate posting.

🛠 You can also open the Feed Editor to tweak titles, regenerate posts, or upload custom images using AI.

✅ Done? Time to preview the results in Step 6.

👀 Step 6: Preview Your Posts

Feed preview screen with product cards — Preview exactly what will be posted – text, images and schedule.

This screen shows you a preview of what SnapPoster will post to Facebook: product title, image, and description.

🔄 SnapPoster automatically checks and re-downloads your product feed every 60 minutes. Any new products will be added automatically.

📦 If your feed hasn't changed, SnapPoster continues cycling through the same product queue. Nothing new will appear unless you update your feed or generate a fresh one.

🚫 Posts with missing images, titles, or broken links are skipped automatically.

✅ All looks good? Let’s go live with Step 7.

🚀 Step 7: Your Post Is Live!

Live Facebook post from SnapPoster — And we’re live! Your first product post is on Facebook.

That’s it! Your product is now live on your Facebook Page. 🎉

Sit back and let SnapPoster handle the rest — automatically, every day.
